How do you install International English on XP??

This worked well in Windows 98, but now that I've
upgraded to XP, I need to know how to change the keyboard
settings to International English (and not just Spanish
or French, etc.) Vielen Dank.

What is "International English"?

I think, though, you may be looking for Control
Panel/Regional and language options/Languages/Details
