1) Control Panel|Regional and Language Options
2) 2nd tab, click on the "complex ascript languages" checkbox, apply.
3) Click on the "Details" button to install keyboards, Add to add a new one,
choosing the Armenian language and the layout will show up there. Click ok
to get out of there.
4) Close the dialog.
You will now have the font and the keyboard installed.
