Hey.  Recently I went to a webpage that required that I
install the chinese language pack for IE.  Now, Word has
a few new added settings that I don't want.  I would like
to uninstall this language pack... Anybody have any idea
how?  If so, an e-mail would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

Your version of Word and Windows would help, but you can disable East Asian
language support in Control Panel > Regional and Language Settings.  Both
Word and Windows have useful help topics on this subject.

If something doesn't make sense, it could be worse e.g.
