Dear Sir/Madam,

How do i apply security to a word document denying "save
as", "copy", "print" or "modify" by any other user except
the author.
The document should not be copied, saved, printed or
modified by any other user except the author of the
document.

Appreciate your quick response.

Regards.

You need to upgrade to Office 2003. This kind of protection
was introduced in that version. But note that there is NO
protection for any kind electronic document that will
prevent the user from copying what's on the screen and
printing that out.
