Hello,
I have a user here (in the states) that needs to install
the UK dictionary for Word XP (office xp) running on
Windows 2000. I looked in downloads.microsoft.com but a
search in Word for dictionary didn't lead me to anything
relevant.
Basically the user wants to be able to communicate with
folks in the UK and be able to spell the word 'colour'
without having Word flag it as a misspelled word.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

The US and UK spelling files are one and the same. The document language
needs to be set to English (UK) not English (US). This must be correct in
the document using the Set Language dialog (select the affected text first).
For future documetns, make sure the keybaord language is properly set to
ENglish(UK) too.

Hello Gu,
did he try to change language to English UK version?
I live in Canada and simply chnaged to Canadian English.
It is quit simple.
Good luck!
