Printer Question

When I click the print button to print a report in Access 2003,
if the printer is turned off, the printer automatically gets turned
on and prints. This doesn't happen in Word 2003. If the printer
is off the print job waits 'till I turn on the printer.
I was wondering if anyone knew of a setting somewhere that
will turn on the printer from Word.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,
James

Hi James,

Quite frankly, I am astounded that Access turns it on.
