I have Windows XP operating system.
However, I have installed the Office 2000.
How/where can I download the IMN for Korean?
I downloaded the IMN from microsoft but it doesn't work.
It says, it must be offic xp not office 2000.

Assuming you mean the IME (input method editor), you don't need to download
anything as support for Korean input is native to XP.

Go to Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, Languages, Details, Add.
Select Korean Input Language.
If you have not already added East Asian fonts, this will be done now.

Use the language bar that will appear to select which language to use.
