Change language on menus

I speak a little Russian and I bought aset of Office 2003 in Russia.

I would like to change the menus so that they are in English. How is
this done please?

By acquiring an English version of Word etc. You can't
change the installation language of the software.

Well, actually you can, IF
- you have an English version of Office 2000 or later
- and you have the right kind of license package

Then you can purchase the Multilanguage UI with some 30
language interfaces.
