Please help this is driving me crazy. I am using Word 2003 (English version)
in a multilingual environment. I run Windows XP Professional (English
version) and I have added both English and Greek. I used to be able when I
was writing a document in Word to just click Left Alt + Shift and switch
between languages. For some reason this is not working but only when I am
within an Office 2003 application. If for example I m in Windows Explorer
and I want to create a new Folder it lets me switch between Greek and
English by using the Left Alt + Shift shortcut keys.

So when I am writing a document in Word 2003 and I am writing it in English
and I want add for example a Greek word and I try to use Left Alt + Shift to
switch between languages it does not work at all it does nothing. I have to
use the mouse and click on the language bar and select the language from
there and then again select the language I was using before but imagine to
do that for every word I write?

Has anyone come across this before and if so I would deeply appreciate your
help.

Thank you in advance.

Fred

Did you run the language support utility within Word and added support for
Greek there?

I cannot repro this here. What happens if you have only the Greek keyboard
installed? Does it type nothing?

And does Left Alt+Shift work everywhere else?
