Hi;

Could anyone who is running Word where the default is one of the above
languages (the version of Windows and Word must be for that language)
please create a short document (one word in it is fine), save it in
WordML (xml), and email it to me at david@windward.net?

And could you also please give me the name of the font that Word
defaults to?

I will post the results in my WordML details page -
http://dave.thielen.com/articles/The%20WordML%20Spec.htm - for others
in the future.

thanks - dave

Hello;

Asking again. If you are running Word 2003 where your edition of Word
and Windows are both for one of the languages listed in the subject
line, could you please:

1) Create a new document with a single sentence (can say anything) in
it.
2) Save the document in doc, xml, & rtf format.
3) email the three documents to david@windward.net

Once I get all of these, I will zip them up and put them up on my web
site so others can use them too. I added the request for a doc and rtf
file too as I have already received emails from people asking if I got
these and could I forward them.

thanks - dave

ps - I'm happy to add other languages too if they are sent to me.

Hello;

Ok, I have Chinese(simplified) and Turkish up at
http://dave.thielen.com/articles.htm (search for "sample word
documents"). If you need them please download.

And if you can provide this in another language, it would be very much
appreciated.

thanks - dave
