One Input Language (English) and two keyboards. But I had him also try two
Input Languages (English and Greek), each with a single keyboard, and again
with two keyboards.
I can find no way to force the Language toolbar to appear. Therefore, he is
unable to switch between keyboards.
Thanks,
Gene

Well, does <Left alt + shift> switch the keyboard?
It should be easy to tell, they just have to start typing.
And does it happen in all applications?

Michael,
Thanks for your suggestion. I read it the day you posted it and queried the
customer. He has not responded to me, yet. Thanks anyway.
Regards,
Gene
