   Using Win98SE.  Working in Modern Greek.  Need to ADD an extra line to the win.ini file under Font Substitutions.  Must do this in order to get the Modern Greek characters to show up properly in applications not created by M$.

   Q1.  What is the number for Modern Greek?
   Q2.  What is the language for the font substitution line?

   I seem to recall something similar to:

[FontSubstitution]
CenturySchoolbook=CenturySchoolbook239,Greek

WARNING:  the above is a recollection only!  It is NOT correct.

Help anybody?

Is this Greek AWin98? If not then this line is not going to help much, since
all text is going to be converted via CP_ACP and Greek text will not show up
properly.

From wingdi.h, circa line 1304:

#define GREEK_CHARSET           161

Fonts do not distinguish between Modern and Ancient Greek when dealing with
charsets.

But as I said, this line is not going to help as much as you seem to think.
Certainly not on a non-Greek Win98.
