If I am trying to attach a file to another document that has it's own
template --

and the file I am trying to attach has it's own unique template,

will the styles remain in tact throughout the combined document?

Hi yepp

I'm not sure I understand your question.

But maybe the following page will help:

Why does text change format when I copy it from one document to another?
http://www.ShaunaKelly.com/word/styles/FormatOfTextChanges.html

Hope this helps.
