Hi kyahr
Click in the last cell of a table, and press Tab. That will add one row
to a table.
To add, say, 3 rows, select the last 3 rows in the table, then choose
Table > Insert > Rows Below.
As far as I know, there's no command in Word that says "add x rows to my
table".
Hope this helps.

> How do you add multiple rows in a table? (Word 2002)

I knew about the "press tab" command, but I did not know
about the selection of multiple rows!!!! I needed to add
multiple rows in the middle of a table and it worked
perfectly. Thank you very much.

There is a dialog that will do that. In Word 2002, if you place the
insertion point immediately after the table (i.e. at the very
beginning of the next line) and select Table | Insert | Rows Above,
you will get a little dialog box asking how many rows (up to 32767!).
