Hi When an Autotext have been saved, the same Autotext is then alrtered later on and saved, Autotext uses the new alteration but then reverts back to the old setting a few hours later. Thank u all. Were you prompted to save Normal.dot? Did you say yes? Or, are you sure you saved the new AutoText entry in the same template as the old one, and that that's the one you're using? -- Suzanne S.
