This will always happen because Word formats according to the printer driver
and the font files on the PCs. You need to establish which printer the
document is destined for and setup the same driver on both machines. If both
are using the same operating system and Word version, chances are the font
files will be the same.
If you wish to pass on the document, the best plan would be to convert to
PDF format, for which you'll need third party software.
