How do I rotate a text 90 degrees on a half sheet of
paper so that when folded you can read the front and back
withing flipping the paper?

Jacquiline,

You can put your text in a borderless table, borderless
frame, or boderless text box and then use Format>Text
Direction to rotate 90 degrees.
