I am using Word 2002.  I have a long (113 pgs) doc, with
many graphics, which we have been revising/using for about
a year.  Suddenly when I try to print it I get error "The
margins of Section I are set outside printable area of
pg".  (All margins are set at 1" all margins except the
right margin, which is .75".) If I choose "Fix"
Word adjusts the bottom margin to 2.67".  If I ignore the
message, the doc not only prints with this huge bottom
margin but also a huge left margin, printing off the right
edge of the page. I have tried printing from other PCs in
the network, same result; have also copied into new doc
with same result.  Any thoughts on the cause and what I
can do about it?  Any thoughts are GREATLY appreciated.

Hi,

I've seen this problem posted here before. In fact I suffer from it
myself.

The following extract from an old post may help...

There is a known conflict between Word 2002 and the HP
drivers for some
LaserJets that is characterized by the 2.67" margin.
The "margin fix"
drivers at
http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/index.html reportedly solve
the problem (and
are available for the LJ 4000).

Hope thats is useful - Not tried it myself yet!

Cheers,

Mike
