How do I get Connectors in Word 2000 ? I believe you have to draw lines. I suspect that Visio provides connectors, but that is a separate program. You can link them with grouping but it is not the same. Thanks for your message........ Problem is that the connectors are not available from the autoshapes menu in Office 2000 (Word) although they are for Excel and Powerpoint but what's this about the drawing canvas.....? It may be that there is some similar requirement in Word 2000. In Word2003 - as far I remember in 2002 also, there are connectors in AutoShapes. Personally I don?tlike them but prefer to draw lines when the task is special organization charts. Yes, there are connectors in Word 2002 and 2003, and you have to have the drawing canvas enabled to use them.
