Is there anyway to change text size bt percentage ex:
changing from 1 size of paper to a bigger poster which
increases the whole paper by 15% which means all fonts
shall increase at one time to 15% bigger etc.

The only way I know to make Word do something like this is
to put everything in a graphic, then resize the graphic...
