Edit a Template?

Can you edit a template?  I know you can edit the styles
in a template whereas you modify the style and click "Add
to Template," but when you want to change the Page-Setup
Margins, can you do that?

Yes, use the File => Open menu and go to your Templates folder. Open the
template.
