Hi:

I remember that in Word in the Formatting pane one of the dropdown menu
items for a style is "Select All: N occurances of this style."  N is the
number of occurances of the style in the document, if I remember correctly.

Now when I go there, after selecting a style that is in use many places
throughout the document, the dropdown menu item is greyed out and reads
"Select All: Not Currently Used."  Even though I got there by selecting an
instance of that style.

I can't seem to get it to show the stats for any selected style.  What am I
doing wrong?   Thanks very much.
