The shift + tab function has quit working in my Word program?  What could
cause this to happen and what can I do to fix it?  Thanks

Are you referring to using TAB and SHIFT+TAB to demote and
promote numbered lists and/or to set indents? If this is the
case, try the following:

For Word 97 and Word 2000: Tools | Options | Edit: "Tabs and
backspace set left indent."

For Word 2002 and Word 2003: Tools | AutoCorrect | AutoFormat As
You Type: "Set first and left indent with tabs and backspaces."
