Is there any way in Word 2002 (XP) to have the
justifications settings default to Full rather than Left?

You could modify Normal style to be Justified, but, believe me, you do *not*
want to do this. If you want each document to open with a style that is
justified, however, select a style such as Body Text, format it as
Justified, and change the default empty paragraph in Normal.dot from Normal
to Body Text style.
