When I format a paragph -- from the toolbar (for example,
make one entry bold or center aligned or apply bullets ot
one or two paragraphs), all the paragraphs with that tag
take on the formatting. If I click the back arrow once,
it takes away the formatting for all the paragraphs
except the one I want to change. How do I avoid this
extra step (clicking the back arrow)?
I am not modifying the style, only apply what should be
formatting to only the selected paragraph.
Thanks for your help.
