When inserting a comment into a word document, on clicking
insert->comment, the users initials appear in the main
body of the document on a yellow background. Can the
yellow background be changed/surpressed? We have a
customer who for medical reasons has an issue with the
colour yellow. I have tried 'Tooltips' but this only
changes the colour of the box into which the comments are
entered.

Can't help with this specific problem, but I suggest you email
mswish@microsoft.com and suggest that changing the comment highlight color
needs to be included in their accessibility features.  You might want to
check accessibility in Help, conceivably they thought of it already.

Word 2002 uses red [ ] instead of the highlight, but most people hated that
and find it hard to see, and Word 2003 went back to the highlight.
