MS Office Forum / Word / Long Documents / April 2004How make documents open in the "Final" view
Using Word 2003 (11.5604.5606) all of my documents open in the "Final Showing Markup" view, even though Track Changes is turned off, and the view is set to "Final" when the document is saved. This is particularly troublesome when I send someone a finished document, and it opens in the "Final Showing Markup" view, with the right margin extended. How can I insure that documents will open in the "Final" view? Thanks, Keith Have you accepted all changes? If not, the markup is still present. -- Suzanne S.
