Hello,
On some pages my numbers are not just calulated left to
right, but up and down. So, I have tested the left and
right formula and received an error message. "Error!
Bookmark not defined." I have review the information via
the internet that was suggested and I am not clear as to
how to address these issues.
Please advise,
Jessica. M

More information, please. Are your numbers in table cells? Are they in form
fields?

Hope this helps!

Hi Jessica,
LEFT, RIGHT, ABOVE and BELOW all only work within a table. So, if you want
the total of a column to appear on the last row, you could use a field coded
with =SUM(ABOVE).
For more information on field calculations, download the Word document at:

(url all one line)
as suggested in my previous reply.
Cheers
