You might experiment with Word's Tools | AutoSummarize command to see how
well that works for you. I've never used it, so I can't recommend it, but it
might be worth a try.

Hi Susan
Use the Endnote feature (Insert > Footnote, select Endnote) to insert each
summary. This will collect all the summaries at the end of the document.
Since you probably don't want the sequence numbers that are automatically
created, go to Format > Style and modify the Endnote Reference style to
include the Hidden font format.

I am already using footnotes in the doc. Can I have a seperate group of
endnotes? Or is there a better solution?

Footnotes and endnotes are separate sequences. They won't interfere with
each other at all.
