Hi anyone, Is it possible to disable this feature permanently!!!...in Word 2000? Tools | AutoCorrect | AutoFormat As You Type. Clear the check box for "Automatic numbered lists" (and most of the others; see http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Formatting/TameAutoFormat.htm). -- Suzanne S.
