Addendum to Trouble with Text boxes question

Please ignore the part about the mysterious numbering as
I've just discovered that 2 sets of Styles are used in
this document, a set of numbered styles for the front of
the document and then a second set of numbered styles for
the 2nd part.
I'm still puzzled as to whether there is any connection to
the fact that there are text boxes (ad hoc org chart)
right above with drawn lines and then when I delete a page
break after the first set of text boxes, the text from the
next page overlays the org chart drawn.

The gfx have been set floating relative to their anchor point. When
you remove the section break, their anchor repositions and so do they.
