I have a document that is built by picking from a list of autotext
components. When I preview any individual autotext component or the
overall style sheet it views and prints correctly. However, when I
create a document it opens in page view mode and for about a second
appears correct but after about a second or two the page appears wider
than it really is making the right margin appear real big. When I
print it out the text is shifted way over to the left.
I go to page setup for the overall style sheet and all of the
individual pieces and they are all set to the right size and margins.
Any ideas what is going on?

Hi Tom
The usual reason for getting a wide margin is that you have revisions or
comments in the document and a view setting to 'show balloons' - Word is
making space for the balloons in the margin.
