Can anyone tell me if it is possible to globally change
the font of all styles in one document?  Thanks.

Possible: Sure. Probably not too many lines of VBA.

"Manually": If your template is setup well, you probably need change the
font in a very limited set of styles and this will ripple through all
others.

If your template was a default Normal.dot, then changing "Normal" and
"Heading 1" will work for most default styles.
