I am preparing a 80 page document that I want numbered.
But, my table of contents is 4 pages and I dont want them
numbered the same.
I want my first 4 pages in roman numerals, and I want the
remainder of the document to begin numbering with the
number (1) beginning on the (5th) page.
How do I do that?
Thank you!

1. Insert a Next Page section break at the end of page 4.
2. Set Section to start numbering from page 1: Select anywhere on page 5. Go
to Insert > Page numbers. Click the Format button. Set 'Start At' to 1.
Click OK. Click Close.
3. Set section 1 to show page number in roman numerals: press Alt-F9 to
display field codes. open the header or footer where you're displaying the
page number. Unlink section 2 from section 1 (uncheck the 'Same as previous
button'). In section 1 the field should be { PAGE \* roman }.
