Hi there

I have a question similar to one asked earlier today - I'm also
writing a large document with 6 numbered chapters and 4 lettered
appendices, using built-in style Headings 1-4.  I can't figure out how
to switch from the numbers to letters for Heading 1 in the same
document, which I need to do so captions on figures and graphs will be
numbered properly, and most importantly so the TOC and list of figures
is easier to do later.  I'm using Word 2002 (for XP, I think).  Right
now I have two files, one for the numbered sections and another for
the lettered appendices, so is my best bet to just combine them later
using 'includetext' and will I still be able to make the table of
contents, or is there a way to do this right now all in one document?

Thanks for the help,
Dave
