Is there a way to change the order the the pages in a word
document? Or to add a blank page?
I have a fairly long document and have a cover page at the
end. I want to move this page to the beginning of the
document.
Thanks for any help.

Cut and paste is the easiest way. If that doesn't work for you, please give
more details.

One way:
Insert >> Break >> Page break
Do this twice and there'll be a blank page between the two page breaks.
