Need upside down text box for 11 x 17

I have a newsletter that is 11 x 17, folded in half and
then into a booklet. The "back" of the booklet needs to
be upside down.

I know I can put text into WordArt and flip it over but
I'd rather add a text box to something I've already set
up and flip it over. The text box rotates but not the
text inside it.

Help!...and thanks.
