When creating a TOC for multiple documents using RD
fields, the TOC results are not hyperlinks. Is there
anyway to do this that will give hyperlinks?

(Our docs are converted to PDFs for use in the field. A
hyperlinked-TOC is imperative and is created by hand when
not automatically generated.)

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
