It is not possible to define that a Style under <Format - Style - Modify
- Format - Paragraph - Line and Page Breaks> should start on a Even or
and Odd Page, only that there should be a page brake before the style.
Is there a way to make a pagebrake before a style and force the style
to start on a Even or and odd page.
Is there away to make this possible, by adding a Macro, some VB code or
maybe add a plugin?

The best you can do is to insert a section break at the appropriate
location in your document: On the Insert menu, click Break. Click "Odd
page" (or "Even page", if that is what you need) and then click OK.
