I have a long document that came from notepad. When I
put it onto work it was written with line breaks after
every 5th work. How do I remove these line breaks yet
keep the ones at the end of the paragraphs?

>Hi,
I usually do a search and replace for the paragraph mark.
There are usually two paragraph marks after each line.
Search for two and replace them with one.
Under Edit Menu, Replace, search for ^P^P and replace with
nothing. This will delete all double paragraph marks and
leave the single paragraph marks. Chances are there are
three paragraph marks at the paragraph breaks.
Good luck,
Kent
