Oh my gosh, this has to be the most difficult thing for me to learn. Ok

here is my question:

I have just completed a three-page document using no template.  The
client now asks me to insert a header.  How do I get the header on
pages 2 and 3 only, and how do I get the respective page numbers into
the header?

HELP!
