frame or something else?

i am creating a procedure (process) flow in a word document and need t
be able to hide the figures. i cannot remmeber how to do that. when
click the "FIGURE A" word, it will show the figure below it by unhidin
it.... and subsequently, when you click the "FIGURE A" word again, i
will hide it. Please help! Thanks so much. Bria

It sounds like a macrobutton involving AutoText. For an example of something
similar look at the checkboxes that come with the fax templates. Take a look
at the Checkbox template available at
http://www.addbalance.com/word/download.htm#CheckboxAddIn for an exploration
of these.
