Table of figures

I have a long document with 2 figures in it, and i am required to put a
table of figures in.

I have added captions to the figures, but wen i go to create a table of
figures it says,
Error! No table of figures entries found.

Help please

Is it possible that your figures or, more importantly, your captions are
in textboxes? Word cannot "see" textbox contents for its TOC, TOF, etc.

If that's the case, converting your textboxes to frames (via Format |
Textbox) might be a possible solution.
