How to format it to have 1 pt of line spacing?

Select the paragraph mark (¶) after the table. On the Format
menu, click Paragraph. Click the Indents and Spacing tab. At Line
Spacing, choose "Exactly" and type 1 pt in the "At" box. Press Enter.
See also the linked article, to rule out the possibility that there
are any other blank paragraphs at the end of the document; these could
be part of the problem (and they can be deleted).

Hi Dmitry,
If your final paragraph has a non-zero leading/trailing space defined,
setting them back to '0' also helps.
