Hello,

When I paste from a web page or another document, by defaut it pastes
with the source formatting then it puts a little icon at the bottom
right of the inserted text. I have to click a little down arrow to
display the paste options.

There are four paste options;
_K_eep source formatting
Match _D_estination formatting
Keep _T_ext only
_A_pply Style or Formatting

I have indicated which letters are underlined for shortcuts by the
underscores before and after the letter.

These underscored letters I assume (like everywhere else) indicates
which letter can be used to access that choice. However just how to
access these shortcuts are totally undiscoverable to me and I do not
know whre to get help on this. It has been a frustration to me for a
couple of years.

Can someone give me a clue?

It seems kinda dumb but as far as I can tell you have to click on the
paste option box, and then, to save all the effort of another click,
the underlined letter without any ctrl/alt etc works as the shortcut --
not really much saving though.

Yes, I agree kinda dumb. Maybe if we're lucky someone else will come
along with more information on the paste options.
