How to define user Hot-keys in WORD

Hi,All,

I try to define some hot-keys to do some formatting jobs
in WORD. What should I do for this purpose? Thank you.

What sort of formatting jobs? Many formats already have hotkeys assigned.
Most formatting is best applied using a style, and you can easily assign a
hotkey to a style using Tools | Customize. See
