Hello All,

I am using Word 2002 and want to create marginal notes for the document. I
read Susanne Barnhill's article at
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/MarginalText.htm. It works great for
paragraph headings. My problem is: the marginal note refers to a single
sentence in the middle of the paragraph, is there any way to align the
vertical position of the frame containing the note with the specific
sentence?

Thanks in advance.

My article deals with defining a style to align a marginal note with the
beginning of a paragraph, but once you have a frame in the document you can
place it wherever you want by dragging or by using the Format Frame dialog.
Note, however, that if the position of the frame is defined in a style,
resetting the style will move it back where it "belongs."
