You can print an individual label from the label wizard, at any position.
For multiple labels, you need mail merge and an appropriate number of empty
records at the start of your data file.
It is not a good idea to re-use label sheets, especially in laser printers.
A detached label would be an expensive lesson.

But if you're willing to take the risk of printing a partial sheet (I do it
all the time without ill effects), press the New Document button to get a
full sheet of labels. They're set up as a table so be sure you have table
gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines) so you can see the cell
boundaries. Then put the addresses in the cells corresponding to the
specific labels you want to print.

My main question is how do you print the labels once the
labels are set up, if they are in the middle of the label
page. I know it is risky to re-use label sheets but we do
it all the time.
