Hi Ian
I assume that, in Outline View, you've chosen to view, say, Level 3. And your body text shows up even when you're supposed to be
viewing only level 3. Is that right?
Outline View decides what to display depending on the outline level of the style. So maybe your Body Text style (or whatever style
you're using for body text) has had its outline level changed. To solve the problem, have a look at the problem style and if
necessary modify its outline level (it's one of the Paragraph settings). If that doesn't solve the problem, then maybe individual
paragraphs have had their outline level changed. If so, for each of those paragraphs, Format > Paragraph and change the Outline
Level to body text.
If you discover that (a) the style is OK but (b) all paragraphs in that style have had the outline level changed, then you could do
a search and replace to zap all the paragraphs at once. To do that, Edit > Replace. Click on the More tab. Leave both boxes blank.
Click in the find box and choose Format > Style = Body Text. Click in the replace box and choose Format > Outline Level = Body Text.
Hope this helps.

Entirely possible that the Body Text has been "promoted" by Document Map!
