Have been sent document created in Lotus notes which I am
then pasting into Word document.

The problem is that I have unwanted line breaks
throughout the document and, despite trying Find/Replace
combinations using special characters etc, cannot get rid
of them with a global replace.

Any tips gratefully received as am currently having to
delete the hard carriage returns/line breaks one by one
which is very tedious.

Thanks, David

David,

Sounds like you're in the right area. Try..

Edit | Replace...

Then click More | Special: and select manual line break.
Click replace all, and they should vanish.
